Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets).

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.Delivery time depends on your location, usually:

  • South India: 4–7 days
  • Rest of India: 5–9 days

You will receive your tracking details once the order is dispatched.

What is your return or replacement policy?

We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a replacement.

To request a replacement, please share:

  • A clear unboxing video, taken from start to finish
  • Within 24 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement promptly.

How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charge is:

  • 👉 Free shipping for orders ₹1499 and above

Are all jewellery pieces lightweight?

Not all pieces are lightweight.
Some of our designs — especially traditional Indian necklaces, jhumkas, and statement sets — can be heavier due to their craftsmanship. We also offer lightweight Western/Indo-Western pieces. Weight varies based on the design.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Restocks depend on availability with our suppliers.

  • Some designs do come back
  • Some are limited pieces and may not return
